Les Hatton has been suffering from computer systems for thirty years. He is a software consultant with Oakwood Computing, U.K., and Professor of Software Reliability at the University of Kent in the United Kingdom. In October 1998, he was named in the "World's Leading Fifteen Scholars of Systems and Software Engineering" by the U.S. Journal of Systems and Software.
