Ken Whitaker, managing director of Leading Software Maniacs (LSM), has more than twenty-five years of software development and project management experience. He has held several executive leadership positions at commercial software development organizations. Since 2007, Ken consults and hosts workshops focused on agile productivity improvements.

He is the author of several leadership books, the editor of Better Software magazine, and creator of PM Chalkboard video shorts. He is developing a suite of Spresso productivity apps and The Nerd Herd Game, a D-I-Y gamification product.
