Image recognition testing

Hello, 

do you use image recognition testing tools like Sikulix ?

How do you overcome the restrictions that the test tool needs always to be executed in a screen with the same resolution ? 

Usually the test case fails when is executed in a screen with a different resolutions.

Are any tools / image matching algorithms that allow to overcome this limitation?
