He has worked with Infosys since May 2000. Presently, he is a member of SEPG in Quality Department and looks after the organization-wide Metrics Program. Prior to Infosys, he has worked in Tata Steel for eight years in the areas of statistical process control, process benchmarking, implementation and audit of ISO 9000 quality systems, operations research, and facilitation of company-wide quality improvement programs.
