About The Author

Don Oxley is currently a Manager of System Test for Advanced Fibre Communications. Don has over twenty-three years of experience in telephony and data communications. He has worked for large and small companies that include AT&T, Paradyne, and Racal-Datacom. Don has been involved in all areas of testing that include system testing, integration testing, testware design, test automation development, test methodology implementation, project management, process improvement, and management. Currently, he is responsible for system testing of digital loop carriers (DLC) systems and ATM edge switches. Don has a BS in Management and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
