I've been in software testing for almost all of the past 14 years but am new to the Factory School vs. Context-Driven School debate (or rather, "war," as James Bach puts it... "war" sounds more fun to me than "debate"... but that's just me).  I'd be glad to hear from others such as myself, namely, those that are experienced testers but are attempting to transition to the context-driven paradigm.  Along-side transitioning my own thinking, of particular interest to me is how to take such concepts as 1) session-based exploratory (vs. totally scripted) testing and 2) ad hoc automation in support of testing (as opposed to pie-in-the-sky comprehensive test automation) and sell them to management and executives that are generally non-technical and perhaps have been biased by Factory School propaganda regarding what software testing should be about.
