Over the past twenty years, she has been involved in software testing and management for products ranging from Computer Aided Design systems for mechanical and electrical engineering to color postscript printer software to Internet systems. Sue has also worked in Software Process Improvement initiatives and other R&D and test improvement activities throughout her career. She is actively involved in SQA education through teaching and a local quality conference.
