Mary Ann Vandermark is a 1999 graduate of the University of Arizona in Management Information Systems. Her career has focused on quality assurance processes and testing for hardware and software storage products at IBM. She assisted with the definition of quality management processes used by IBM SSG's product assurance team. As a Software Test Engineer in Tivoli's Storage Software division, Mary Ann was instrumental in initiating and developing the field Escape Analysis process used to improve product quality and test effectiveness. As part of her assurance work, Mary Ann is involved in ISO 9000 certification for the System Test group.
