| Capabilities of a Java Test Execution Framework Tivoli's Java Execution Framework (JEF) is a multi-purpose Java test execution framework that, when used with other tools or methodologies, can provide a framework for testing Java applications. Moreover, since this framework contains many open and ease-of-use features it can be used in all phases of test, providing a consistent and flexible test infrastructure throughout the verification organization.
