Software development is my profession as well as my passion. I have occasionally acted as a people manager but I insist to always be part of the development process and I prefer to do a substantial part of the actual coding. I am innovative, think out-of-the-box, handle complexity and at the same time focus on simplicity, quality and maintainability.
