Summary
This paper presents a new approach to the validation of a database for a project using an automated approach and new technologies of testing OOT programs. Database schema validation is an integral part of the software test process and at times may need to be performed more than once. This process can be automated using an automation tool such as Silk that provides a simple API to interact with various databases. Newer object-oriented testing approaches such as regression Oracle reduce time and error for this task.
