Ms Weed recently sold her 2-year old startup and is now busy writing a book, working title: Agile People & Project Management for the Global Reality of the 21st Century.

She is also a seasoned and successful I.T. Professional with several decades of progressive experience in multiple facets of Information Technology. For the past 25 years her primary focus has been Technical / Software Quality Governance  from Development through User Acceptance testing specializing in process improvement across various SDLCs from Waterfall through Agile. Violet has a deep-dive, experientially acquired understanding of all things Software Quality related. She is a Certified Scrum Master (since 2009) and ‘expired’ PMP (1986). Formerly, she was a Network Engineer for Unix & Windows.

An experienced People Manager, Violet has a proven ability to mentor and rally her reports to consistently meet Quality goals while growing into an ‘up to tempo’ synergetic team successfully completing projects on time, within budget and satisfying client expectations. Violet has an innate ability to recognize individual’s strengths and weaknesses and help them realize their potential by confidently crossing the self-limiting chasm created by their own fears to the bigger broader world beyond.
