Michael founded his first tech comapny in 1985 and has been in the field ever since. As an early advocate of agile approaches he started incorporating lean and Kanban approaches into his coaching and consulting work way before 2010 and nowadays spends most of his time helping clients to fnd the best mix of methods for their situation.
