Kaushal is the CTO of KMS Technology in which he is responsible for all things regarding technology of KMS, including setting directions, building the engineering teams and processes, and engage with customers. 

Prior to joining KMS, Kaushal provided leadership to LexisNexis’s background screening technology organization since 2006. He was instrumental in creating several new products within drug testing, finger printing, court records, and international screening markets. Prior to LexisNexis, Kaushal was Vice President of Engineering at Revenue Technology (acquired by Oracle) from 2003 to 2006. Kaushal led development of Revenue Technologies’ price optimization and deal management platform for the manufacturing and retail industries. From 2001 to 2003, Kaushal was Vice President of Development at ViryaNet where he led development of mobile field service platform. Prior to ViryaNet, Kaushal led engineering organizations at Intel, McKesson, and IBM from 1989 to 2001.
Kaushal graduated with Bachelor degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1988.
