I am a technical writer and a content manager in a software testing company QATestLab in Ukraine. I am fond of writing about QA services, software testing and development. As a technical writer, I create project documentation (specifications, user manuals, and guidelines). During free time, I am working on my own book (it does not concern the IT sphere).
