Having contracted for 10 years with Fortune 100 companies, Doug brings the insight into how work gets done in many places and companies. For the past three years Doug has been leading the creation of an Agile Community of Practice at IHS Markit. Doug works at building high-performing noncollocated global scrum teams, and providing coaching and training across the organizational silos.
