A software tester is a character, not only a profession. I love doing anything related to software testing: managing, building, improving, planning and hands-on activities. I use modern test methodologies and implement tools that best fit the situation.

At my current company Verint Systems, as QA Methodologies Manager I implement techniques to increase quality and efficiency. At my previous company, as Test Manager, testing scaled from a small startup team to corporate standard testing teams. As a Test Architect, I supported the transition to Agile and the implementation of Agile Testing (Automation, Exploratory Testing etc.).

The main goal of endgame testing is to test the system end to end from the user's perspective. This should ensure continuity between components developed by different teams, continuity in user experience, and successful integration of new features. Endgame testing will often identify gaps that are difficult to discover inside agile teams, including flows across the product.
