Even though I'm a director, I very much enjoy testing and improving the quality of the software that we develop here at Parasoft. I'm a firm believer of having both manual and automation testing in place as part of the quality assurance process of testing software. I don't think one should live without the other. To achieve success in your career you should surround yourself with such people that have a different mindset and that will drive you and push you at times out of your comfort zone. Don't be afraid to take risk when you know in your heart it's the right thing to do.
