With education in both computers and business, I believe I sit on the cusp of technology and business, which enables me to take complex business ideas or problems and convert those into concrete projects, action plans and milestones. In my experience even some of the best strategies and tools can fail to deliver if software projects are not designed and managed carefully. I have been part of many successful and not so successful software projects and the learning from those has been my biggest achievement so far.

I started my career as a software tester about two decades back and have loved Quality Assurance since then. I have spent about the last decade dedicated to helping teams produce high-quality software, by choosing the right tools, technology, and processes for, both product and service environments. A major focus of my career has been, passionately learning, researching and developing effective Test Ecosystems, Robotic Process Automation, Automation Frameworks (UI, API and Performance), and Manual testing frameworks to build quality into each phase of development life-cycle, from ideation to release.
