About The Author

Greg Albert has been involved in Federal service for nearly 25 years. Enlisted in the USAF in 1976, worked briefly for private enterprize in 1980, went back to school to graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1989 and joined with the Department of Defence at Robins AFB as a civilian. For the past 10 years he has been interested in developing an effective quality and measurement program for the Software Engineering Division.
