Summary

This Excel template provides a simple and effective method of tracking issues and bugs.

Every missed/forgotten issue results in either a loss in functionality, unsatisfied customers, delay in projects, or loss in revenue. Issue tracking should concentrate on the very basic information needed: defining the issue, identifying the affected area, suggesting an expected resolution/date, and tracking the progress during its life cycle.
