Summary

This template will help you determine defect standards for your next project. It includes examples of defiect severity level and fix prioritiy level with proposed definitions for each of the levels.

The proposed defect severity levels are: Conmetic; Trivial; Average; Major; and Critical.

The porposed fix priority levels are: Do Not Fix; Low Priority; Normal Queue; Give High Attention; and Resolve Immediately.
