About The Author

John Posner is Director of Publications and manages AccuRev's publication outlets: marketing materials, white papers, and product documentation. John has specialized in computer startups. He founded the documentation groups at Lotus Development Corp, Stellar Computer, and Atria Software. He wrote the User Guide for Release 1 of Lotus 1-2-3, along with the online help and interactive tutorial. He wrote much of the original documentation for Atria's ClearCase, MultiSite, and ClearGuide configuration management products. He's also been a computer book editor for O'Reilly & Associates. John earned an A.B. in Mathematics at Harvard in 1971. He also has an M.Ed. in Secondary Mathematics Education from Boston University.
