The majority of his time has been in a variety of leadership roles, ranging from team leader through to senior manager, leading teams anywhere from 2 to 65 people. In his current role, Erik has oversight of the team that educates his company’s 180+ testers. He is responsible for identifying ways to bring in, engage, and retain testers. Erik also recently took charge of his company’s first automation team. He is a sometimes blogger, active Twitter user and conference speaker: CAST 2013, QA or the Highway 2014, CAST 2014, Targeting Quality 2014, Let’s Test 2015. Erik is an Executive at Large on the board of The Association for Software Testing (http://www.associationforsoftwaretesting.org/) and a board member and programs lead for the Northern Ohio Software Quality Assurance Association (www.nosqaa.org).
