We use it and while it is not as mature as other tools I have used, like QC, it does have some great features like Test Runner and an Exploratory testing option. I like how the bugs are created when using Test Runner. It is also easy to create queries.
Test case and results export is not a out of box feature, but our engineer created a tool for that.
