Test cases for responsive design?
Most go to main web pages at different browser resolutions and look for usability issues. Try grabbing the browser in the bottom-right and resizing from small to big and back again. I'm not sure why you'd need a template for that. Justin Rohrman and I have an article on that but I see it isn't published - I'll try to post a link when it is.
