I am searching for a good book and a good training class.

I have begun to manage agile testing in my organization, and I have a lot to learn!

When you say you have a lot to learn, what do you mean? In what area? Resource management? Defect tracking? Estimating stories?

Hello,

You should start by evaluating your needs in terms of project scale and time constraints. Put together a basic plan and go from there. A good place to start is online. Check with sites that offer information about Agile test management. Sometimes they can provide a wealth of knowledge in terms of not only their service, but allowing you to demo the product. This way you can make your own documents as you tailor a package for your specific requirements. A good idea is to research management system structural design and develop a relationship with your clients that exceeds the goals. Here's an excellent article, http://www.getzephyr.com/resources/whitepapers/step-step-guide-scaling-a...
