I'd suggest looking for an entry-level IT job - helpdesk likely. Get the helpdesk job, find out the different IT roles in the organization, ask the teams what skills you would need to get those jobs, then learn the skills while having an ongoing conversation about your desire to move to that role. When a position opens up, you'll be a natural fit!
