I am visiting my offshore team for the first time, ant tips on how to make the most of the trip?

 

We have an offshore team ratio 65-35. I have recently been appointed Head of the testing department and I am visiting the offshore team. Do you have any tips on what types of activities/tasks I can do with my team to get the most from this visit.

Hi Caitriona

 

You will need to book some team building activity with them (luch together / walk outdoor).

You need to hear their concerns, understand how they work, explain your vision for the dept.
