I have never heard of that website, but that doesn't speak to how good (or not) the resources there are. Depending on what tool you want to learn, and this is expecially true for the Selenium suite, there are probably free resources available on the web to help you get started. Selenium also has a massive opensource community which can come in handy for leanring.
