Sounds to me like the same thing as ALM, yup. No, I have not heard the term ADLM until right now.
What we /really/ need is Application Development Lifecycle Portfolio Enterprise Management at Scale - ADLPEMS!

Has anyone used ADLM as an acronym synonymous with ALM? Gartner just released an ADLM quadrant - News to me with 14 yrs. in ALM

ALM is the product lifecycle management (governance, development, and maintenance) of application software.
As I understand - ADLM is 1/3 from that - it is about development only.
