Need assistance in choosing the best option between two popular project management tools - MS Project and Asana. When choosing between these two, I pay special attention to functionality, pricing, and integrations. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone. Please help me find a device farm. I want a farm with performance statistics collection

I see it this way - we are writing a bot that can emulate player behavior. Next, we launch these bots on the farm on devices of different tiers. The farm records fps during the game and generates a report. Next, I look at which devices we have problems with and ask them to optimize. It is important that the farm has an API, with which I would pause/unpause the FPS recording (so as not to record useless FPS drops, for example, while loading a level).

cool if the farm can collect

- fps

- consumed RAM

- load on processor

Thank you!

I am using Azure Databricks with Blob Storage. In my Python Notebook, I wanted to read a raw string using spark.read(). I dont know how to read a string with this methodology, if not this then is there any other way by which I can read a string value directly using spark. Because then I need to write that particular string in a text file using df.write.format("text").save([path]).

Currently I am only able to read contents from a file using spark.read.text([path of file]). So, instead of reading from file I directly wanted to pass a string value.

I want to know the testing challenges that the banking and financial services sector might encounter while implementing FLEXCUBE to address a bank's core banking needs. Also, I want to know a list of recommended software used in the banking sector.

I have 5 testNg methods. It will take around 2 to 3 hours to complete the 5 test methods. So I want to execute each test methods in different chrome instance so that time will be reduced. Am executing the test methods using java main class by passing the series file which contains the class name.

I am trying to run the basic cucumber case. But getting "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: gherkin/IGherkinDialectProvider error.

I have downloaded and added all the selenium and cucumber jars to Eclipse.

Please check and advise.

I'm currently building out a Test PMO for an insurance company. We have a long term, fixed-price contract with a vendor using a waterfall model.  I'm currently working on KPIs and metrics which I will use to tell the testing story, which means both technical and business comsumers will need to find value in them. I'm conducting targeted interviews atm  but am interested in hearing if any of you have had experience in this arena.

What kinds KPIs / metrics have you found valuable?

What kinds of chatring / mapping have you found to be confusing?

What considerations would you want to address?

Any additional comments?

We are small Dev shop who outsources mobile app development to a third party.  We do in-depth user acceptance testing of the app in house.  We currently have a couple an older iphone 6s and Samsung Galaxy S6.  Was looking to expand/upgrade our hardware.  Was wondering if anyone out there was using IOS and Android tablets to do their manual testing as opposed to smart phones to allow for a bigger display/ease of testing.

Suppose you work at a Company.

And a new Client arrives, he needs the system he has, and he continues to build, to be tested.

What is the approach you take, to find

-which tests to approach

-which tests to automate

-which tools to use

-how to build a solution for that client Testing and Automation testing needs?

I have been in software test for medical devices/software for the last five years, across three different companies. With my prior two organizations we formally validated our web-based software products only for the one or two most recent versions of Internet Explorer (at those times). Having our software work in Chrome or Firefox were nice-to-haves, but we did not communicate to our customers that we supported those browsers,  I'm soon to start work on a major release of an existing product, and the Project has decided to officially test/validate only Chrome, based on our current knowledge that the current release has known issues with IE. Seems to me we could be taking the easy way out, and not taking into consideration what our users use (often by policy). Apparently we don't currently have that information, though, I have brought it up that we should try to figure that out.

Historically, hospitals/labs/medical offices/etc have - by policy - typically only employed IE for business use, but I know market share in this sector has been shifting to Chrome. But how much/fast? General browser usage, and even entrprise usage statistics are easy to come by, but I'm banging my head at this point trying to find information specific to healthcare/medical research.

What are your experiences/thoughts on this?

Currently, we have created a reservation system using outlook rooms. Each test environment within the lab has a "room" that someone can book in outlook and gives the user/tester the ability to see what labs are available. However, there are limits to the amount of information that can be supplied for each "room" and it really is not easy to see further details of the "room" (server image, server os, sql server version, application versions, etc).

I know about LabAgenda, and may pursue this. But is there any other systems out there that people prefere?

We will are looking to change from RSA to Multi Factor Authentication for a large group of remote users.  I would like to test Load Test the MFA.  Can this be done?

Thanks

Are there any standards available for Data availability?

Thanks in advance
