can we customize data types in jbehave for software testing

I'm looking for an easy-to-use tool with which to develop forecasts to complete test execution based on both the number of test cases as well as projections for additional iterations based on number of defects etc.  Does anyone have one or know of one?  Thanks!

I really wonder what's in store for functional QA. Normally engineers who don't have much interest in coding get into  QA as a functional tester. But down the line is this enough? Can they grow in their career with this expertise?

My collegue has suggested we start using TTM or test traceability matrix for our testing.  I've heard of RTM, requirements traceability matrix, but not TTM.  How are they different and how would I go about implementing them?

I work at a large company that has testing function in each geography, while the HQ is in the US (part of this is managing virtual teams).  The research I'm looking into is whether or not it is beneficial to create a centralized testing team (separate from QM/QA - this testing is completed by the cross-funtional business end-users) at the HQ that would provide status updates/metrics to the cross-funtional business end-users.

Provide the updates related to the latest Test Automation trends, which is to be followed for better and efiicient testing.

We have defect management tool, not looking for that. Looking for test planning and manegement tool.

Additional skills like:

1. Any technologies ( automation tools/mobile technology/ java/ any.......)

2.About Testing

3.Any other

Please suggest ..Thanks

We currently have our test cases in Excel and our test cases are hard to manage. Can onyone recommend a good management tool.

Thanks,

Jackie W.
