test execution Questions

According to different sites, testing tools should be used for testing but manual testing have also its importance. I am little bit confuse about this statement. Please anyone tell me difference between these two points and tell how much time should spend on both of them??

In real world, there are many situations in which a tester has condition of limited time. So, which functionality of app should test in this time period??

I have read many sites for qualities of a best tester but i did not find qualities of a best mobile app tester. Can anyone tell me details about it??

I need interview questions for 2 plus years experiance in testing.

I have done manual as well as Automation(selenium) tesing.

I have 14 years of experience as Tech Support specialist working with Software Company. Would like to change gears and learn QA testing and become QA  Tester specialist. Please let me know what should i start with and what would be the best approach to start learning to be a QA - tester specialist?

sincerely

How to reduce execution time of automation?

Mobile Performance Testing is a growing challenge, by the day. While one school of thought is that the devices from where the load it generated is not as important as the response time itself, there is another that it is equally important to generate load from mobile clients. Please share what works for you and if you need to summarize a strategy for it in 5 points, what would it be?
