I'm currently evaluating tools that can help my company with both desktop and mobile web testing. We need tools that use real devices only (no emulators) and it needs to have strong performance from any location in EU or NA. I find some tools have inconsistent performance with high latency issues. Looking for opinions on the best tools for this. I have a few in mind, but would like unbiased second opinions.

I am trying to look for the Chatbot testing tools in the market which are open source.
I have tried botium but the performance testing of Chatbot is only available in Software as a Service mode. I am hence trying to search for open source options ( as Apache Jmeter is open source tool for Performance testing of web application )
With Microsoft Test Manager being abandoned by Microsoft we are looking for a suitable replacement.
A relacement tool needs to have these core features
- hierarchical structure of test suites
- parameters per test case for populating predefined values and creating iterations
- decent reporting
- integration with Git/GitHub
- well documented API
