A really good book even for tester which is not intested of human relations and management perspective. I think this book also can be very good for managers, to find how they often are looked like from view of the testers. I belive that a lot of tester and test manager are familiar the most of the cases and with this book we get a explanation and possible solution for the problem.
I have read the book with interest. One time after another I had to admit, "yes they're right. I know this situation." And this is the first step to change it. I think this book is really helpful. And if only to remind us, that others may have the same difficulties to fight with.
Great Book! I have it out on loan to fellow test professionals for the Nth time. Well written and applicable to the very real issues that can prevent us being successful with our technical delivery.
