Ted is a Product Development manager with IBM Corporation's Tivoli Systems Software division. Ted manages several departments that provide system verification, performance and scalability testing, integration testing, documentation, globalization, and a range of other services in support of products in Tivoli's portfolio. He has worked at IBM for over 20 years in a variety of programming, client support, and management assignments.
