Carol: And welcome to show number eleven of Quality Plus e-Talk! with Carol Dekkers. I'm Carol Dekkers. I'd like to welcome you from wherever you're listening to us. This week's show carries on with some of the things we've talked about for the last eleven weeks. We've talked about building better software and focusing on that. And today's guest is one of the cream of the crop guests. They just keep coming and coming. And people said to me this week at the Software Engineering Process Group conference I was at in New Orleans, "Where do you get all your guests?" And I've said that I'm just incredibly fortunate to be able to know and contact some of the best in the industry. And today's guest is no exception. We're going to be talking to Jim Highsmith on the topic of "Introducing Adaptive Software Development - Lightweight Methods for the New Millennium." So I'm quite excited to have Jim here. Welcome to the show, Jim.

Jim: Thanks, Carol.
